HOW POWER PLATE TRAINING WORKS

The effect of Power Plate training is scientifically proven, and the principle is very simple: The Power Plate constantly releases gentle vibration waves to your body during your workout, while you stand on it and do your exercises.

POWER PLATE TRAINING AT COACHYFY IN MUNICH

In our Power Plate training course you work out with a maximum of three other people in a small group. One of our experienced instructors accompanies you for the entire 20 minutes and makes sure that you perform the exercises correctly until the end.
