Functional training is on the rise. Why? Because it strengthens precisely the muscle groups that have been weakened over time by sitting for too long, poor posture and one-sided strain. But we need these muscles urgently for our mobility in everyday life, when carrying shopping bags, lifting water boxes, putting on shoes, lifting children, etc.
In our functional training course you practice exactly these everyday movements and strengthen the muscles that carry you through your day. The course takes place in our personal training studio in Munich (Bogenhausen). In small groups of up to eight people, you will be guided by a certified personal trainer who will demonstrate the exercises, make sure you do them correctly to minimize the risk of injury, and motivate you to give 100 percent up until the last minute.
Each class has different stations set up that you go through like a classic circuit workout, over multiple rounds. The combination of strength, core and mobility exercises tones your muscles, increases endurance, improves mobility and delivers a high afterburn effect – a turbo for all of you who want to lose a few kilos.
Functional training is extremely versatile. Our personal trainers will surprise you every time with new exercises and equipment, so that no one will ever get bored – e.g. kettlebells, medicine balls, hurdles, black rolls, ViPrs, therabands – you can‘ t get more variety than that!
